Arun Valley

This trek provides a glimpse of the Himalayan territory of Nepal as you trek to two beautiful mountain regions such as Mt. Everest and Mount Makalu Regions. This tow reasons lie in two different National Parks, Sagarmatha and Makalu-Barun National Parks. Trekking in these valleys provide an alternative approach to the Khumbu region. 

This demanding trail passes crossing through some high mountain passes, one must be possessed good stamina and physical. Also some previous knowledge about trekking in the mountains will allow you to enjoy the beauty of the regions, outstanding mountain views, fabulous local culture, and diversified landscapes.  

Commencing with a flight to Tumlingtar to the East of Everest, the first week we spend trekking through virgin territory into the Solu Khumbu region before to push up on the main Everest trail to Kallapattar. Descend downhill along Doodhkosi River to Phakdingma and a short steep uphill concludes your long but rewarded journey at Lukla and next day you will fly to Kathamndu. sdf

Day 7. guranese tosalpa pass(3500m)- sanam

Day 8. sanam togudel- bung

Day 9. bung to gai kharka

Day 10.gai kharka to pangum

Day 11.pangum to puiyan

Day 12.puiyan to lukla.
